New Screened Porch

A typical installation would be a housing across the top of your porch and then side tracks on the sides. There is no track needed at the bottom and will seal with a think poly seal. The housing box on the top is usually 4" x 4" up to 6" x 6" depending on the size. All of the housing and side tracks come in a variety of colors to match your home. Typically a color is picked that is close to your window color, but not always.

These Motorized Porch Screens can be installed on a new porch or an existing porch. If it is a new porch that tracks could possibly be recessed into the walls for a clean look. A choice of screen fabric helps to finish the custom look to your project.

Chair Rails

Chair rail systems are color matched and available in 2" and 3" systems. Typically placed at or near 40" off the deck height. Chair rails provide structural integrity for your screen porch and design elements to match your project.

Kick Panels

Kick panels in your extruded porch can provide needed protection on the lower section of your project. this is available in different heights, colors and smooth or embossed designs. These panels are optional so check with your local Screenmobile for more information on this product.

Spindle Systems

Spindle systems are required depending on the height off the ground and determined by local governing agencies. Spindles are designed to keep small children from falling. Spindles can also be used in conjunction with chair rails and provide a clean design element for your project.
