Austin Walker grew up in the Screenmobile world—his father co-founded the company, and Austin officially took over in 2023. He’s passionate about helping customers and loves that every job brings something new.

His favorite Screenmobile product is the motorized roll-down shade, valued for its practicality, clean design, and ease of use. Austin enjoys the variety his work brings—no two jobs are the same, and each day offers the opportunity to connect with new people and solve unique challenges.

He’s a fan of the Palm Springs waterfalls and dreams of snowboarding someday. When he travels, it’s usually up to the High Sierras—you can usually find him fishing, hiking, or biking up in the mountains!

Kay joined Screenmobile of the Coachella Valley in August 2022 and has been the friendly voice behind top-tier service ever since. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing those five-star reviews roll in—proof that customers are happy and well taken care of.

If she could install any product at home, she’d go for solar screens to beat the desert heat and a motorized screen for those high-up windows. Outside of work, Kay loves spending time with her family, doing puzzles with her daughter, coaching softball, and cheering on her favorite teams.

She’s a regular at Thai House in downtown Palm Springs and has two rescue dogs, Katniss and Effie, named after The Hunger Games. Fun fact: Kay can drive a stick-shift—including a rare “three-on-the-tree” column shifter! Her dream trip is Niagara Falls, and she’s always wanted to try river tubing.

Jose joined the Screenmobile team in November 2020 and quickly became a go-to expert for screen solutions. If he could install any product at home, he’d choose the Front Vista Security Screen Door—for its perfect blend of airflow and security.

What drives Jose is the satisfaction of helping customers with something simple that makes a huge impact. Outside of work, he’s a movie buff and a talented artist—his coworkers love his drawings, and fun fact: he once had a comic strip published in a local newspaper!

When he’s not sketching or solving screen challenges, you might find him enjoying a burger at Tony’s in Cathedral City or dreaming about riding a motorcycle.

His dream destinations? Hawaii and New York. And while he doesn’t have pets, he brings plenty of personality and passion to every job.

Matt joined Screenmobile of the Coachella Valley in November 2021. He’s passionate about delivering great service and making sure every customer is squared away with quality products—especially when it comes to security doors that offer both safety and fresh air.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys gaming with longtime friends, watching movies, and hanging out with his two cats, Yummi and Vex. He’s always up for a challenge and motivated by living up to the promise: “We say we’re the best, so we’ve got to prove it.”

His favorite local spot is Fantasy Lanes, and if he could travel anywhere, Germany tops the list—for its castles, landscapes, and architecture. (Fun fact: Germany has more castles than McDonald’s!)
