Our independently owned and operated franchisees take great pride in delivering exceptional workmanship in all residential and commercial projects. The following outlines the warranty coverage provided by The Screenmobile franchisees who are ultimately responsible for their workmanship.
The Screenmobile franchisees provide a limited warranty covering the workmanship of the services for a period of one year from the date of completion. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Because The Screenmobile and its franchisees do not manufacture products, the warranty offered by The Screenmobile franchisees is limited to the workmanship of installation and does not cover any of the actual products installed as part of the service. Defects in the products installed may be covered warranties offered by the manufacturer of the products. Upon request, your local The Screenmobile franchisee will provide you with manufacturer’s warranty information.
If you have a concern with the workmanship of The Screenmobile franchisee’s installation, you should contact The Screenmobile franchisee owner within one year of installation. The Screenmobile franchisees are committed to use their best efforts to assess and correct any workmanship defects in a timely manner.

Claim Procedure:

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

a. Within 30 days of discovering the issue, contact The Screenmobile® franchisee who provided the services.
b. Provide proof of the completed project, including the date of completion and location with a copy of the invoice.
c. Describe the nature of the defect and provide supporting documentation if necessary.
d. Provide The Screenmobile® franchisee reasonable time to assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.
